Allysun de Leon
With over 20 years as a casting director, Allysun has led casting for commercial campaigns, features, television and vertical streaming projects — earning a reputation for aligning talent with creative vision while optimizing production workflow. Drawing on more than 35 years as a trained and professional actor, Allysun brings a performance-informed perspective grounded in acting techniques, character psychology and on-camera dynamics — identifying talent that is authentic, prepared and production-ready.
Beyond casting, Allysun builds talent programs, develops curriculum and guides actors through professional pathways with clarity and intention. Her work is production-forward, grounded in agency alignment and cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring talent, creative teams and production departments operate in harmony. From script breakdown to wardrobe, location preparation and on-set readiness, she ensures actors are prepared and all production elements are strategically coordinated — eliminating ambiguity and creating a seamless workflow that supports every stage of a project.
Allysun approaches casting as more than filling roles; she is dedicated to understanding the unique needs of each project, supporting productions with efficient processes and fostering strong partnerships with clients, talent and creative teams. She is committed to serving the industry with professionalism, clarity and respect — ensuring every production flows effortlessly while achieving the vision, quality and results each project demands.
Oscar Salazar
Oscar is bringing a unique, artist-centered perspective shaped by experience across performance, casting, and production. Bilingual and deeply collaborative, Oscar approaches casting as both a creative and operational pillar, ensuring talent feels supported while productions remain organized and aligned.
Working as an actor since 2018, Oscar has performed across film, short films, commercials, and theatre, developing a strong understanding of how thoughtful casting elevates storytelling. Most recently, he expanded his creative work by writing, producing, and directing a short film focused on mental health, reflecting his commitment to meaningful, human-centered narratives.
In addition to his work on camera, Oscar has supported productions as a Production Assistant, 2nd Assistant Director, and Casting Associate, contributing to talent coordination, scheduling, background management, and casting workflows. This cross-functional experience allows him to bridge creative intent with production realities, fostering trust and clarity across departments.
